They should be online

People should decide whether it is offensive, and if majority think it is, then take it down.

Audience should decide which podcasts are morally/ethically wrong, and if so, take it down (in extreme cases like "rape")

Audience should decide through commenting system. Because we are a Democracy.

But people can view it faster before you can clamp down on the really subversive ones.

Those that are super morally and ethically wrong, government should step in and take them down.

Our opposition party is capable of spouting vulgarities, therefore if not regulated we might end up like Taiwan political party.
